NOTIFICATION OF CONFIRMED COVID-19 CASE ON CAMPUS
Dear Parent/Guardian, SFISD Staff and SFISD Community:
In keeping with Sanford-Fritch ISD’s practices to respond to COVID-19, we are notifying all students, families, and staff members that one or more individuals from the Campus indicated above was lab-confirmed to have COVID-19 on the dates indicated above. Due to privacy requirements, we will not release the name of the individuals or details that may identify them. We will keep you apprised of further updates.
While we do not have reason to believe that those who were not in close contact with the infected individual have reason to be concerned, we ask that you, as always, watch for symptoms of COVID-19. In evaluating whether an individual has symptoms consistent with COVID-19, individuals should consider if they have recently begun experiencing any of the following in a way that is not normal for them:
Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit,
If you or any member of the SFISD community begins experiencing any of these symptoms in a way that is not typical for you, we encourage you to contact your physician.
